Winklevoss Twins Give $10 Million Of Bitcoin To Trump Election Fund

Twin brothers Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have given $10 million U.S. in Bitcoin (CRYPTO: $BTC) to an election fund that supports U.S. President Donald Trump.

Specifically, the Winklevoss brothers gave the Bitcoin to MAGA Inc., the Super PAC that is aligned with President Trump. Records show the donation was made on June 19 this year.

Super PACs raise money from corporations and individuals to spend on political advertising.

The donation by the Winklevoss brothers, who run the Gemini (NASDAQ: $GEMI) crypto exchange, comes ahead of congressional midterm elections this November.

The disclosure shows that the MAGA Super PAC sold the donated Bitcoin through the Winklevoss’ Gemini exchange.

Cameron and Tyler each donated $5 million U.S. of BTC to the Super PAC.

Early investors in Bitcoin, the twins are reported to own about 70,000 BTC, equal to 1% of the circulating supply, and worth $4.60 billion U.S. at current prices.

This is not the first donation the brothers have made to Trump. Since 2025, the Winklevoss twins have donated a total of $32 million U.S. to Donald Trump’s political operations.

GEMI stock has declined 85% since the company held its initial public offering (IPO) last September and currently trades at $4.78 U.S. per share.
