Small Cap Stock Korn Ferry Offers Good Value To Investors

Korn Ferry (NYSE: $KFY) is a small-cap stock that is reasonably priced and offers investors both share price appreciation and a big dividend payment.

A management consulting firm based in Los Angeles, California, Korn Ferry has been a going concern since 1969.

The company operates across four divisions: consulting, digital, executive search, and recruitment process outsourcing. It is one of the largest staffing agencies in America.

However, Korn Ferry is not confined to the U.S. market. The company today has 111 offices in 53 countries and employs nearly 10,000 people worldwide.

The company went public back in 1972 and, at various times, has been the biggest executive search firm in the world.

Despite some ups and downs over the years, KFY stock has been performing well lately, having risen 17% so far in 2026.

The stock looks reasonably valued trading at 14 times this year’s earnings estimates, which is well-below the average P/E of 21 times earnings among S&P 500 constituents.

And the stock pays a hefty dividend of $0.55 U.S. per share each quarter, giving it a yield of almost 3%.

Earlier this year, Korn Ferry’s Board of Directors approved a 15% dividend increase, raising the quarterly distribution for a sixth consecutive year.

A market capitalization of just under $4 billion U.S. makes Korn Ferry a small-cap stock, defined as any security valued at less than $10 billion U.S.

Earnings at the company remain strong as does demand for its executive search and staffing services.

Investors on the hunt for stocks that are not tied to the increasingly volatile artificial intelligence (A.I.) trade should consider small-cap KFY.
